The process
Prepare the base
Every run starts with high-grade flower selected for terpene complexity and moisture retention — milled for pre-rolls, whole bud for Moon Rocks.
Saturate the matrix
High-purity liquid distillate is drawn into the cellular voids of the plant tissue, binding with the biomass instead of sitting on the surface as a coating.
Coat in kief
A dense outer layer of purified trichome heads is applied last, lifting first-draw vaporization and finishing the potency profile.
Fill the void
Concentrate occupies the air pockets that make ordinary pre-rolls burn unevenly — the principle behind our operating ethos: more THC, less air.
Composition
Three cannabis derivatives are combined into a single finished formulation.

- High-grade cannabis flower, milled or whole depending on format.

- Testing up to 95% pure, infused through the plant tissue rather than applied to it.
- Trichome kief
- A purified outer layer that raises first-draw vaporization and final potency.
Flavor comes from all-natural dehydrated fruit extracts — strawberry, apple, raspberry, vanilla, and grape — blended into the distillate before saturation. They offset the heavy resin notes that concentrated extracts usually carry.
Combustion behavior
Saturating the core changes how the product burns. Full encapsulation slows cannabinoid oxidation and holds density uniform along the length of the roll. That structural consistency is what prevents the familiar failure modes of crudely infused pre-rolls: canoeing and one-sided burn, air pockets collapsing mid-session, and oil pooling or running.
Patent and licensing
The process is covered by US Patent No. 10,874,703, Plant Product Infused with Oil and Method of Infusion, granted to founder Michael Brunson on 29 December 2020. It defines a method for introducing delta-9-THC or CBD concentrate directly into dried botanical tissue, with dosage control precise enough to hit a predictable finished cannabinoid concentration.
